Disclaimer
This assessment does not constitute legal, procurement or professional advice. Always verify the tender requirements against the official tender documents.
TenderCheck is an AI-assisted reading of the document you gave us. It is evidence to check, not a decision you can rely on.

What this disclaimer covers
TenderCheck reads the documents you supply and reports what it finds, with citations. It can be wrong, incomplete, or limited by the quality of the file you upload. A tender document can also contain contradictions that only the procuring entity can resolve.
How to read PASS, VERIFY, FAIL and UNKNOWN
- PASS means evidence was found for a requirement, not that a procuring entity will accept your bid.
- VERIFY means something was found but needs a human judgement call.
- FAIL or UNKNOWN means the requirement is not supported by the documents we received. Treat that as a prompt to check, not a final determination.
A verdict is never a colour alone: each carries its label and, where it exists, the citation it was read from.
Your responsibilities as bidder
Bid decisions, pricing, declarations, signatures and submission remain the responsibility of the bidder. For binding advice, consult a qualified procurement professional or the procuring entity directly.
Report a scam
TenderCheck never charges a tender acquisition fee and never asks you to pay an agent to “release” a tender document. If someone does, treat it as a scam and report it to the Public Procurement Authority.
