Terms of use
These terms cover what TenderCheck does, what it does not do, and what stays the bidder's responsibility.
They apply to every analysis, report and document you upload through tendercheck.gh.

What TenderCheck is
TenderCheck is an AI-assisted document analysis service. It extracts requirements, mandatory documents, deadlines and potential disqualifiers from the tender you upload, and can compare them with the company documents you supply. Using the service means you accept these terms.
What TenderCheck is not
- It is not the Public Procurement Authority, GHANEPS, or any procuring entity.
- It does not approve, disqualify, submit or amend any bid.
- It does not provide legal, procurement or financial advice.
- It does not guarantee eligibility, evaluation scores or contract awards.
Your responsibilities
If you upload documents on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. You also agree to:
- Upload only documents you are entitled to share.
- Verify every conclusion against the official tender document before relying on it.
- Not use the service to scrape, resell or bulk-harvest other people's data.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
Payments
Analyses are unlocked per tender. Manual mobile-money and bank payments are confirmed by an operator before unlocking; card payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and may change, but the price quoted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. Refunds are handled case by case, and always when a file could not be processed.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TenderCheck is not liable for lost bids, lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
