How it works
From a 128-page PDF to a decision you can defend.
TenderCheck reads the actual tender document you were given. It does not scrape GHANEPS, it does not guess, and it does not submit anything on your behalf.
The method
Six steps, in the order they happen.
Nothing is inferred from a tender you did not upload, and nothing is reported without the page it came from.
01
Upload the tender
PDF or DOCX, up to 25 MB. The file is validated — type, size and signature — hashed, and stored privately. A scanned document with no text layer is detected and reported honestly instead of being analysed badly.
02
Extraction with citations
The document is segmented and read in batches. Every requirement keeps its page, section, verbatim quote and confidence. Disqualifying language — “shall be rejected”, “non-responsive”, “failure to submit” — is flagged separately and graded by severity.
03
Verification
Each quote is checked back against the page it claims to come from. If the quote cannot be found, the item is dropped or marked unverified. That is the difference between research and a chatbot answer.
04
Free summary, then the full matrix
You see the counts, the deadline and a headline risk signal for free. Unlocking brings the full requirement matrix, mandatory flags, the document checklist and every citation for GH₵249.
05
Your company documents
Upload RGD registration, GRA tax clearance, SSNIT clearance, financial statements, past contracts, certificates and CVs once. They are stored privately and reused for later tenders, with expiry warnings.
06
Company against tender
Each requirement gets an explicit verdict — pass, verify, fail or unknown — with the evidence behind it. The readiness score shows where the weakness is, and the action plan lists what to fix before submission.

What TenderCheck will never do.
A tool that scores eligibility has to be honest about the limits of its own answer. These are hard constraints in the product, not marketing lines.
- Invent a requirement that is not in the document.
- Call a requirement satisfied when the evidence is missing.
- Charge a fee to “acquire” or “release” a tender document.
- Submit a bid, sign a declaration or contact a procuring entity for you.
- Use your documents to train AI models.
Limits
What you should still check yourself.
- Anything the procuring entity confirms verbally or by addendum after you uploaded.
- Contradictions inside the tender document, which only the procuring entity can resolve.
- Prices, schedules and declarations you sign — those remain the bidder's responsibility.
Never pay a fee to “release” a tender
TenderCheck never charges a tender acquisition fee and never asks you to pay an agent. If anyone asks you to pay to “acquire” or “release” a tender document, treat it as a scam and report it to the Public Procurement Authority.
Read the document once. Decide once.
Upload the tender and see the requirements, the disqualifiers and the deadline before you spend a week writing.
This assessment does not constitute legal, procurement or professional advice. Always verify the tender requirements against the official tender documents.
